Directions

Follow Water Bladder Manufacturer instructions to wash and clean the water bladder.
Ensure the bladder has been drained of large amounts of water.
Set Hydra Dryer on a floor vent in the house.
Insert and twist tube attachments for number of reservoirs you are drying.
Caps may be installed for non use ports.
Install metal support bracket into the center of the tube attachment.
Place the reservoir over the metal support bracket.
Ensure that your home's central air system is turned on.
Monitor reservoirs over the course of the next 12-24 hours.
Tips – for longer bags such as 3L drink reservoirs make sure they are upright.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In such instances, we offer a straightforward refund or exchange policy.

Refund Eligibility:

You are eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you received the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refund Process:

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you promptly.

Exceptions:
